ORGANIZATION: First Love Yourself, Inc.

First Love Yourself, Inc. is looking for a dedicated self-love ambassador to join our team and assist in further developing our program.

Our mission is to increase levels of self-love among youth of marginalized communities in the Sacramento region. We accomplish this in two ways. First, we offer educational workshops centered around self-love. Each workshop has 3 units--Mind, Body, and Soul. Second, we offer quality counseling services at low to no cost for our clients.

As a program developer, you will be working closely with executive director and co-founder, Alexandria King, to:

  • Create curricula centered around self-love and ensure that the programs are aligned with First Love Yourself, Inc.'s mission
  • Implement programs in the Sacramento region
  • Collect data on the effectiveness of programs
  • Recruit, interview, and select teaching and program staff/volunteers that have the skills and attributes to further First Love Yourself, Inc.'s mission
  • Lead orientation to ensure that future facilitatos feel successful in their role
