Housing Crisis Line Volunteer

Help us respond to our neighbors experiencing a housing crisis!
Jesse Tree is the Treasure Valley's only nonprofit dedicated to preventing people from getting evicted and becoming homeless.
We are seeking intake line volunteers who will answer the phones and accept client walk-ins, serving as our front-line workers in making sure people who call in receive needed assistance to stay housed.
Volunteers will assist clients with answering a series of screening questions, help them evaluate what resources and services they may be able to utilize during their crisis, and refer them to other needed community programs and resources.
Please follow us on Facebook for orientation dates and times! https://www.facebook.com/jessetreeidaho/
