Real Options for City Kids ( R.O.C.K.) is a charity partner to the Escape from Alcatraz Triathlon. In addition to competing some amazing fundraiser athletes in the race, R.O.C.K. helps the Triathlon in a couple of ways through the race. This year, we need volunteers to help us stuff athletes bags with various swag and fitness gear. This would be an awesome opportunity to meet some new fun people while helping out a great non-profit! Pizza will be provided too!

Real Options for City Kids (ROCK) is dedicated to nurturing the healthy development of children by listening attentively to their needs and by providing opportunities to those who might not otherwise have access. ROCK aims to promote the positive development and long-term success of the youth that it serves through a combination of in-school and afterschool learning enrichment, sports and fitness, leadership training and outdoor adventure opportunities. ROCK's programs are designed to serve girls and boys, ages 6-17, who live in or attend school in San Francisco's Visitacion Valley.
