HopeMatch is a non-profit serving the Greater Charlotte area. We focus on helping those going through temporary challenges that do not qualify for other types of help. Primarily we help the working poor, or those out of work due to recent lay offs or medical crises.
We are looking for a Chaplain for our Board to organize our prayer iniatives, bring a short scripture study to our board meetings, and work with the Executive Director to seek God for direction for the organization.
The person does not need to be ordained in ministry for this role, but does need to have a committed relationship with Jesus and recognize that prayer two-way communication. We can discuss the other requirements of the position for those who are interested in more information.

HopeMatch is a local charity serving those who are unseen and underserved in the Greater Charlotte, North Carolina area. We started as a Christmas program, but have grown into much more. While our Christmas program of matching local families in need with people who want to provide personalized Christmas gifts and encouragement to their neighbor is still the heart of what we do, we have expanded our services to address the growing needs of the families we serve. Throughout the year, you will find multiple ways to give financially and volunteer, all while making a lasting difference in your community.
