Mission Statement
PRC works hard to protect Pennsylvania's resources for future generations through environmental education, litter prevention, and waste diversion (such as recycling, composting, and reuse).
Description
PRC works with local government, communities, partner organizations, and local residents to protect Pennsylvania's resources for future generations. Our projects range from adult and in-school environmental education, waste diversion through recycling, composting, and reuse, to litter prevention through education and awareness campaigns.
PRC always needs help keeping specialty materials (like TVs and paints) out of PA homes and in the hands of those who can recycle and handle them responsibly, as well as help fighting stormwater runoff through rain garden installations.
