Requiring a commitment of approximately 3 hours per month, Stepping Stones seeks volunteer docents to lead guests through the guided tour of the National Historic Landmark's house and grounds.
A successful applicant will be trained and provided with supporting literature. Docents are asked to consider a commitment of 2 years, as it takes a while to get fully comfortable with touring and the subject matter. Need not be in recovery, but sensitivity to the issue is a must.
