Cohn Weil Memorial MS Golf Outing - VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

ORGANIZATION: National MS Society, Greater Illinois

Join us as a volunteer at our annual golf outing to honor the Cohn and Weil families who have been impacted by MS. For the past 39 years, committee chair, Joe Weil, and a group of dedicated committee members have organized a fun and special event at this prestigious Highland Park golf course( details provided upon registration). This year the event will be on Monday, July 10 from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Volunteers are needed to assist with a variety of roles from registration, on course game assistance, greeters, and silent auction set-up/tear down. Volunteers will be provided meals/refreshments, on-site training and a chance to attend the evening party.

The National Multiple Sclerosis Society funds more MS research, offers more services to people with MS, provides more professional education programs and advances more MS advocacy efforts than any other MS organization in the world. Through its home office and fifty-state network of chapters, the National MS Society provides assistance to over a million people annually in its continuing mission to end the devastating effects of multiple sclerosis.

Seeking out and engaging volunteers to the MS cause is at the very core of our business. Each year the Society organizes a series of community events that provide many opportunities for the enthusiastic volunteer. In Greater Illinois we have many different opportunities throughout the year in which you can volunteer such as:

The Society is looking for passionate volunteers with expertise in areas such as: marketing communications, public relations, corporate and donor development, medical, legal, administrative and organizational expertise.
