If you are seeking a volunteer opportunity that will provide lasting benefits, Capital City Village's Connections program can provide it. We will match you with one Village member who may have challenges due to immobility, isolation, or mild dementia. This program insures that the Volunteer Member Advocate works with the Village member to set goals for improvement and contacts the member at least once a week, by phone, email, or in person. This program has been in effect six months and we have already seen significant changes in the lives of our most-challenged Village members.
