Position

First and foremost, the RoyalCPop Producer will oversee the production of every artist supported by the company, and assist them in achieving both personal and professional goals. You will be listening, conveying emotion, artist identity, vision, and intention.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the public success of RoyalCPop artists.

• Performing - Plan and coordinate various aspects of radio, television, stage, or motion picture production, such as selecting script, coordinating writing, directing and editing, and arranging financing.

• Perform pre-production tasks including casting personnel, budgeting, scheduling, charting.

• Edit, rewrite, and employ arranging techniques to enhance emotional impact of the artist’s deliverable.

• Assess an artist's strengths and weaknesses, and employ strategies to accentuate the positive and minimize the negative.

• Meet with industry leaders to advance the production of artist events.

Required Experience/Skills

• Concrete examples of project management

• Exposure to at least one of the Five Core Arts that RoyalCPop specializes in.

• Either professional or academic experience relevant to media and communications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications

• Basic understanding of financial analysis

• Ability to review, edit and critique project proposals
