This event will help our Care Champion Program, which helps covers the cost of services that our clients or future clients desperately need but con't afford. Dream Together Gala helps us keep the dream alive for those families that need the services that St. Ann Center for Intergenerational Care Stein and Bucyrus Campus offers. Volunteer at this wonderful event and help us keep the dream alive. Please join us.
Needs for Set up & actual event:
Friday August 16th Set up crew from 10am-2pm (casual attire & lunch provided)
What is needed for set up: numbering auction tables, skirting all tables needed, setting up jewelry area, decorate area's needed.
Event Night: Need energetic, enthusiastic, friendly and likes to talk to people and have a great time. Will be some bending, lifting 10-15lbs. During the event you will be standing, walking around, moving auction items to other area's, helping with bid devices, giving directions, cleaning off tables. Will have leads to help you as well.
Event time: 4-10: 30pm (dressy attire, comfortable shoes on your feet & dinner provided)
Times open: 4-7pm or 7-10:30pm
What is needed for the event:
1) registration area, 2)digital bid devices to help people bid on items, 3)silent auction to keep track of who is biding on the items, 4)watching auction items while we are doing the live auction, 5)fun games to make sure they are paid and participating correctly, 6) Jewelry section to model the beautiful hand made jewelry, 7)check out & runners to retrieve the paid items once won, 8) raffle ticket selling some have different price range.
Come and have fun at this wonderful fundraiser for St, Ann Center for Intergenerational Care Stein & Bucyrus Campus.

Description
St. Ann Center for Intergenerational Care was established in 1985, which provides day services for children as well as adults who are frail with age or physical limitations or need for socialization make it important for them to participants is social activities. Our services include: Adult and child day care, personal hygiene (bathing), 24-hour temporary overnight respite care, counseling, art, music therapy, warm-water pool, hair and nail salon, interactive social programs.

- If you have a group of employees that would like to volunteer car pool would be great. Otherwise we will have parking will issue a parking permit once signed up.
