We need workers in the PIMC Auxiliary Gift Shop located in the lobby of the medical center. Volunteers will work with the full time Sales Associate and the Manager/Buyer. Volunteers work one or two 4-hour shifts per week. Shift times are 8:30 to 12:30, 10:00 to 2:00 or 12:30 to 4:30 and we need volunteers to select days they can consistently work. On the job training includes working with an Ipad register and learning about American Indian arts and crafts. We need workers who can squat, reach above their heads and stand for some of the shift tho we have stools upon which you can rest during quiet times.

Mission Statement
The purpose of this organization shall be to render service to the Phoenix Indian Medical Center's patients, visitors and staff, and to assist Phoenix Indian Medical Center (PIMC) in promoting health and welfare of the community in accordance with objectives established by the institution.
Description
The Auxiliary raises money thru various fundraisers but mainly through a gift shop situated in the lobby of PIMC. We use the money to supplement the budget of the medical center, to fund a scholarship program for American Indian students studying in the health field and to support the many health education programs of the medical center.
