The mission of the Porterville Public Library is to be a visible learning center for our community by providing materials and services to area residences of all ages for personal enrichment, the power of information, and the joy of reading.
Volunteers are important partners in the Porterville City Library's mission to provide patrons with knowledge and information that support lifelong learning.
Supervised by Library staff, volunteers work with patrons and help with special projects and community events.
People who are at least 18 years old are encouraged to volunteer at the Porterville City Library.
Share your talents and skills and make a difference in your community!
We'll work with your schedule.
