History BUFFS
Travel down memory lane. Provide comfort and friendship to a hospice patient. Visit, share history and memories with the patient and perhaps provide respite to their family members. Create a legacy project, collect stories, photos; whatever captures the patient's life.
The end of life deserves as much beauty, care and respect as the beginning.
Volunteers contribute to the emotional well being and spiritual peace of our patients and play an essential role in the lives of our patients and families.
Even an hour a week can provide a great deal of comfort and care to our patients and families. Volunteer opportunities are available throughout Southeastern Wisconsin including Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Waukesha, Racine, Kenosha, Jefferson, Washington and Walworth Counties. There is an opportunity near you!

We will focus our resources to serve the emotional, spiritual and physical needs of our employees, patients and families with a sense of compassion, urgency and customer service. We will preserve the dignity of death for our patients and families so that no one will ever die in pain or alone. We will create a culture that is dedicated to the alleviation of human suffering which finds expression through the ongoing gentle acts of kindness, sympathy and compassion. We will serve, educate and support our local communities and referral sources as to the benefits, dignity and nobility of end-of-life care. We will grow a vibrant business that delivers exceptional care, customer service and financial performance.
Hospice care is an important step in the final months of a person's life. It requires compassion, emotional support, experience and wisdom in working with terminally ill patients.
We'll work with your schedule.
