Volunteers at My Father's House can do a variety of things. From Reception desk to childcare during our program classes. We have a lot of opportunities. Generally our shifts are 9am to 1pm, 1 to 5pm and 5-9pm depending on what you are doing.
Teaching Classes (evening mostly) is a great way to come along side our residents. Other areas include memtoring, donation center (sorting, shopping and organizing), driving, helping residents move, yard work, facilty upkeep. These are just a few ways to get involved.

Description
Our highest priorities are meeting the whole needs of the homeless family. Physical, emotional, and spiritual issues may be addressed for each family member to become functional. Families living together and working on their problems together will make the transformation into healthy living patterns more quickly and permanently. Therefore, we strive to keep families intact as they work to transform their lives.
