Become an essential brick in our house as the Children's Librarian! As Librarian you will implement a new library organizational system at Neighborhood House. You will be responsible for organizing and maintaining the library as a functional and inspiring space for our children to use. You will also be given the opportunity to read stories to classrooms during their scheduled visits to the library time permitting. We ask that the Librarian commit a minimum of 2 hours per week to this volunteer position.

Description
Neighborhood House is a nonprofit in Salt Lake City providing daycare and support services for families. We provide naeyc accredited preschool, before/after school programs, summer programs, and adult day care for aging and disabled adults. We offer high quality services on a sliding-fee scale, making our rates affordable for the low-income families in our community.
As a nonprofit, we rely on volunteers like you to help us continue our 120 year legacy of providing a caring and supportive environment for our children and adult clients.
