At Northwest Harvest's Cherry Street Food Bank, one volunteer opportunity is our Sandwich Brigade, where volunteers make sandwiches three days a week to go into sack lunches for our clients.
We are in need of volunteers for our Wednesday Sandwich Brigade which is a 7:30am - 9:30am shift. Please note that volunteering on the Sandwich Brigade involves working with and around peanut butter.
If the Wednesday Sandwich Brigade opportunity sounds like a good fit for you, the first step is to fill out an application at www.northwestharvest.org.
Thank you!
Please note:
- Our minimum age for volunteering is 9 years old or third grade, and volunteers 15 or younger must have a parent or guardian volunteer alongside them.
