At Northwest Harvest's Cherry Street Food Bank, one volunteer opportunity is our Sandwich Brigade, where volunteers make sandwiches three days a week to go into sack lunches for our clients.

We are in need of volunteers for our Wednesday Sandwich Brigade which is a 7:30am - 9:30am shift. Please note that volunteering on the Sandwich Brigade involves working with and around peanut butter.

Please note:

• Our minimum age for volunteering is 9 years old or third grade, and volunteers 15 or younger must have a parent or guardian volunteer alongside them.
• Northwest Harvest cannot provide community service hours for any court-related purposes.

Northwest Harvest is a hunger-response network that provides food to more than 375 food banks, meal programs, and high need schools. Through this network, we provide more than 2 million meals every month.
