The program is seeking a Microsoft Excel expert to help repair a database that’s designed to help track client outcomes. The volunteer must have a solid understanding of designing and/or fixing Excel formulas to help make the database more user-friendly and responsive to changing program needs.
- Update the current database to reflect new program objectives.
- Fix the database to ensure that information is being properly and accurately tracked and calculated.
- Train program staff on database management, enabling them to update the database in response to changing program needs.
- Assist staff in thinking through the most efficient way to track data over time.
