*Before deciding to volunteer with HGRBS, please, understand why we are here. We are a 501 (c )(3) non-profit corporation of independent volunteers just like you. We are pro-private home volunteers. Our emphasis is on sharing free information with U.S. private home heads which enables them to make safer decisions about hiring contractors to work in, on, or around their properties.

Please, only offer your assistance if you also believe in our goodwill mission to private home heads.

Aside from being 18 years of age and over; a U.S. citizen; and a community advocate comfortable with online projects ... ..., please...

1. Speak, read, write, and comprehend the English language very well;

2. Unbiased (our residents are of ALL races, nationalities, ethnicity, and religious beliefs)

3. Speak, read, write, and comprehend another language very well;

4. Be an actual homeowner or resident of a private home who is an active community advocate with a special passion for those who also speak your other language;

5. Loyal and honest;

6. Self-motivated, independent thinker;

7. Comfortable with sharing information online/grassroots relative to the mission of HGRBS with other U.S. private home heads with whom you share a language other than English;

8. Pro-private home setting.

Description

You will be volunteering online/grassroots sharing useful information about HGRBS which will enable residents who also speak your original language, but have challenges comprehending the English language, to benefit, as well, from all the useful free information offered through this ministry.

The benefit is really being useful helping those private home heads with whom you have a language in common who have challenges making safer decisions about residential contractors because of the challenges of the English language.

It is because of these challenges that many American private home heads who speak little to no English are at greater risk for misunderstanding contracts and other information offered in English by English-speaking contractors. This often leads to making bad decisions about home improvement deals they would otherwise not have consented to. Does this matter to you?

Please, represent! You are needed, especially by those of us who speak your other language who have these challenges. Are you tough enough to represent? Most people are not. What about you? Does this matter to YOU? The most important question!
