The Erie Chamber of Commerce is going for Zero Waste with their 5th Annual Erie Brewfest! On Saturday, June 10th, Historic Downtown Erie will host 30 local Colorado Breweries, and feature regional food trucks and entertainment by local music groups.

Erie's Brewfest team will be working hard to divert all event waste from the landfill, and their success hinges on volunteers like YOU to help out! Volunteering at a Zero Waste Event is fun and easy. You'll work as a Zero Waste Station "Goalie," making sure event-goers put their waste in the right place. You'll also help out with setting up or breaking down zero waste stations if needed. This is a great opportunity to educate the public about Zero Waste, while attending a fun event!

Volunteers are needed for three shifts: 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM, 1:00 to 3:00 PM, and 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. All volunteers will be receiving an Erie Brewfest glass, a volunteer T-Shirt, and a brunch/lunch from 10:30-12:00!!!

To volunteer to work Zero Waste for this event, please respond to this event post and feel free to contact Bill Germain at Eco-Cycle with any questions: < bill@ecocycle.org>.
