Vigil volunteers provide a vital form of emotional support to hospice patients and their families when death is imminent. Vigil volunteers my provide respite for the family members by remaining at the beside with the patient while the family members take care of other needs or may sit with patients who have no family members available to be with them.

Description
Redstone@Home Hospice, part of Redstone Presbyterian SeniorCare, serves patients and their families in Fayette and Westmoreland Counties . Volunteers are needed to provide companionship visits, bereavement support, office help and special events. We work to find a "fit" for every volunteer.
