Redemptive work is looking for volunteer coaches to work one-on-one with displaced, disabled, formerly incarcerated or other socially outcast persons to create sustainable living situations. Our clients are in need of assistance connecting to local resources and services, personal goal setting, employment search, and more. All training and resource information will be provided by the clinic director.
Redemptive Work Clinic operates on Wednesdays and Thursday from 8am-3pm where clients will meet with you to find solutions to overcome their societal barriers on a case-by-case basis. Each individual's needs are addressed one at a time until sustainability is achieved. Each volunteer will serve clients for a minimum of two hours or a maximum of eight hours, each Wednesday and/or each Thursday.
This opportunity is excellent for seminary students, social work majors, social justice advocates, and people who think fairness should be available to all.
