The Sacramento Brain Freeze will be held at Nimbus Dam Recreation Area (across the way from the Sacramento Aquatic Center) in Folsom on Saturday, October 17, 2020. We have volunteer opportunities ranging from set up morning of the freeze to running day of registration to solicitation of donated goods to help make the event go smoothly for all.
