We're developing an app to help convicted individuals secure employment. The goal is to reduce crime by strengthening offenders' roles in their communities. We envision this position to be on an as-needed basis.
We have concerns about how to develop the app within the bounds of applicable laws. What are states' requirements? What are we responsible for? Are we in compliance with Ban The Box regulations?
We need a legal professional to analyze our policies and decisions to ensure the app remains lawful and helpful. We will gratefully consider all applicants.
