In partnership with City of Dallas Welcoming Communities of Immigrant Affairs and community-based organizations such as, Catholic Charities of Dallas, Dallas Public Library is hosting a variety of training options to support our October 7 th event that assists those who would like to become U.S. Citizens. Our Thursday, September 28th evening and Saturday, September 30th morning trainings will prepare volunteers to educate applicants about the benefits of citizenship, encourage individuals to consider applying, and assist with individual applications at our application events.
