To empower young men and women to reach their goals by providing guidance and positive direction utilizing life-skill coaching to help enrich their life experiences. Our program also helps to improve self-esteem, social competence and avoiding high-risk behavior by providing relationships with caring, professional adults who work to help them reach their potential.

Working Concepts Inc. (W.C.I)is a not-for-profit private organization that is a Georgia provider, offering community-based services, prevocational, and vocational skill building.
Our services are aimed at supporting, managing mental health during difficult times along with providing job readiness skills necessary to find and maintain employment, and mentoring our youth to enhance their self-image and sense of self-worth.
Since Working Concepts Inc. was founded, we've helped many people gain personal empowerment, hope, personal insight, and career training needed to begin, maintain, or change their careers.
