Why volunteer with Community Health Connect?
As a non-profit organization, we depend on volunteers as a major part of our organization. Our mission is to help those in our community that do not have access to healthcare. We always screen all of our patients so everyone you will work with at Community Health Connect has a legitimate medical or dental need. Because we greatly value our volunteers we strive to always make your time and service at Community Health Connect worthwhile.

Mission Statement
Our mission is to improve access to quality health and dental care for low-income uninsured men, women, and children in Utah County. We accomplish this goal through the coordination of a Volunteer Provider Network, providing health education, and maximizing existing community resources.
Description
Community Health Connect is an organization that serves Utah County residents in both the dental and medical arenas through the Volunteer Provider Network. Through this network they coordinate charitable care to low-income, uninsured Utah County residents. In addition to the volunteer provider network, CHC co-organizes the school-based Utah County Dental Campaign that provides oral health education and services to local Title I schools. CHC also coordinates an outreach program to disseminate health information to migrant seasonal farmworkers and families in the south end of Utah County. Finally, CHC provides education and information on health resources for the uninsured at dozens of health fairs and events throughout the year and works to enroll patients in health insurance through the federal exchange and Medicaid.
