REMOTE OPPORTUNITY - Membership Coordinator

ORGANIZATION: National Center for Creative Aging

Maintain membership database and production of high-quality member communications, including thank you letters, welcome letters, membership renewal reminders, and other communications that will keep our members informed and engaged.

Specific Duties:

Membership Tracking and Reporting:

  • Enter donation and membership information into databases
  • Assist with outreach and updating of membership directory
  • Reconcile database entries
  • Run reports from database
  • Generate documents using database and Word

Communications & Correspondence:

  • Regularly send out thank you letters to donors and supporters
  • Send membership renewal reminders
  • Respond to requests for assistance and membership information
  • Assist with member newsletter

Other duties, as directed

Qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
  • Team player, sense of humor and positive attitude a must
  • Computer literacy, including working knowledge of Microsoft Word (Mail Merge a plus), Excel and familiarity with databases
  • Experience with non-profits preferred
