We are looking for someone who could call our home patients once a week to check in on them, see how they are doing and if they need any supplies. This caller would help maintain our 'Tuck In' program on a weekly basis. Calls are usually made on Thursdays but could be done on Friday mornings. Calling shift would be approximately 1 hour/1x a week. If interested, please contact Marrilee

Description
For over 40 years we have provided compassionate care to those we serve during the end of life's journey. As a leader in hospice care our dedicated staff feel called to support our patients. Our spiritual care staff work with many local faith organizations to deliver spiritually oriented hospice care to patients of all faiths.
Our interdisciplinary team includes medical professionals, social workers, spiritual care and bereavement professionals. Our dedicated volunteers provide companionship, pet and music therapy, personalized notes and reflection pages as well as special event support.
