Serving Broncos Fans
Having a great time serving Broncos fans to make money for our school.

As fundraisers, we staff a stand @ Mile High Stadium from June to January. We staff some pretty great concerts and the Broncos games.

Love to help managed volunteer groups and make sure we follow stadium instructions? We need managers to pull off these incredible volunteering events this year.

You would:

  • Attend manager training at the start of the season

  • Come up with a process for preparing volunteers for their volunteer experience and making sure they have a great experience!

  • Communicate with volunteers and volunteer groups beforehand to let them know the expectations for their volunteer experience. This would include a process/strategy for getting them to the stadium on time, which can be difficult. It’s also confusing on where and how to enter the stadium.

  • Setting up volunteer groups to work different nights.

  • Working the stand as a manager, guiding the volunteer group and keeping the experience fun and exciting

  • Praising and thanking the volunteers for their contribution

  • Help the volunteers get back to their cars/homes after the game
Bonus if you are TIPS trained or willing to take the training for free!
