Colorado Talking Book Library is looking for a volunteer to assist staff with developing appropriate content to post on social media. The ideal candidate would be available occasionally during regular business hours to photograph special events highlighting activities at the library. In addition, this person would research topics related to vision impairments. learning disabilities, and libraries to share on social media. Good oral and written communication skills are imperative.

Our mission is to serve the blind and disabled readers in Colorado by providing books and magazines in large print, audio, or Braille format
Description
A free service to Coloradans of all ages who are unable to read standard print material due to visual, physical or learning disabilities whether permanent or temporary. CTBL provides audio, Braille and large-print books and magazines. We have served readers in Colorado since 1931as a member of the network libraries in the National Library Service for the Blind - Library of Congress. CTBL received the Colorado Association of Libraries (CAL) Library of the Year Award for 2017. CTBL was named the Library of Congress - National Library Service for the Blind and Disabled Library of the Year.
