The Fit and Food Connection is a non-profit in St. Louis, Missouri. We provide food assistance to low income families, and empower people to get healthy through free fitness and nutrition education.
We’re looking for a local volunteer cook or chef willing to donate a small amount of time to cook healthy, tasty foods for small groups of people. All recipe ingredients will be purchased by our organization.
We also love to have food and drink at all of our events throughout the year and would love someone to help craft menus and prepare the foods. Ideally we will have food donated. We also believe in nutritious foods that help create a healthy body. We like to provide recipes to our clients as well.
