Purpose:
Support the organizational mission by providing customer service in a retail environment (bike shop) to those seeking to purchase items or learn more about the organization and its programming.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service to those entering the shop to purchase bicycles, equipment, parts, and/or learn more about the organization.
- Other duties as needed and able.
Qualifications:
Desire and ability to assist with customer service in the shop.
Support:
The Executive Director will provide guidance and direction on prioritization of what work needs to get done.

Description
Our organization runs bike programs for people of all abilites and their families. We also run a Community Bike Shop, who's mission is to teach job skills to adults and kids with disabilities as well as low income (at-risk) youth without disabilities. All of our programs are designed to create a place of true inclusion and community, regardless of income level, ability level or any other factor.
