Purpose:
Support the organizational mission by repairing and tuning donated bicycles so that they are ready for resale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Repair donated bicycles.
- Provide input and support to Executive Director on needs of the repair aspect of the shop.
- Other duties as needed and able.
Time Commitment:
Four (4) to six hours per month; more if able and as work is available.
Qualifications:
Working knowledge and aptitude of bicycle repair.
Support:
The Executive Director will provide guidance and direction on prioritization of which bicycles need repairing and the time frame in which the repair is needed. The shop intends to provide all of the necessary tools that the mechanic would need to fulfill the repairs.
Age Requirement: 16+

Description
Our organization runs bike programs for people of all abilites and their families. We also run a Community Bike Shop, who's mission is to teach job skills to adults and kids with disabilities as well as low income (at-risk) youth without disabilities. All of our programs are designed to create a place of true inclusion and community, regardless of income level, ability level or any other factor.
