The Love Pit Rescue is a 501c3 non profit working in the Dallas Fort Worth area. We are a pit bull type dog rescue group. We are foster based which means our dogs are pulled from kill shelters, neglectfull or abusive situations or from the streets. The dogs are then placed in foster homes with their Bully Buddies until they are adopted. TLP usually has about 40 dogs in our care.
The Love Pit is currently seeking a Bully Buddy Training Intake Manager.
The training coordinator will be responsible for assisting the training director. The
training coordinator’s main job is to responsibility is to as intake for the training team.
The Training coordinator will speak with fosters or adopters having difficulties with their
dogs and give advice on what they can do as well as assess their dog’s training needs
and enter this information into a database that can later be used to assign the dog to a
specific trainer. The training coordinator works very closely with the director and
training team leads.
