A picture is worth a thousand words. Held throughout the year, Casey Cares' fundraisers and group parties provde an excellent opportunity to see our donors and programs in action. We are looking for photographers that can donate their time for shooting and editing as lead or second photographer at one or more of our events. From our Lasertag Party in Timonium to our Urban Pirates Cruise in the Potomac to our Holiday Party at the Science Center, we love to capture the faces on our children, relaxing and having fun with their families. Taking a break from painful treatments and hospital stays, our parties give our families that chance to meet each other, share experiences, learn from each other and develop support systems.

Mission Statement
The Casey Cares Foundation provides uplifting programs to critically ill children and their families. Through our programs, we work to lighten the burden of planning an evening out or a weekend away for families that are overwhelmed with an illness in the family. With our Family Festivities Program, we give families a night out on the town, the Birthday Blast Program surprises children with a special gift on their birthday, our Kami's Jammies Program supports children by giving them a fresh pair of pajamas, and our Better Together Program encourages families who have lost a child to continue participation in our programs an additional year.
Description
The Casey Cares Foundation reaches out to critically ill children and their families by customizing uplifting and gratifying activities. It is the little pleasures in life that can make a big impact on families who must make everyday count.
