Purpose/Objective:
As a part of our strategic plan, we have identified individuals in the agency to serve as spokespeople for SAY San Diego. Our SAY San Diego Champions have been through a training to learn consistent agency-wide language and practices. They have also attended a media training with a local news station.
We are now looking for a public speaking coach to give our SAY San Diego Champions a training on best practices. The session should run between 1-1.5 hours. 12-15 people will be in attendance.

Start Date - End Date:
As early as Mid-July
Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for an expert to lend their time and skills to train our SAY San Diego Champion in best public speaking practices.
Qualifications:
~Experience working with large groups
~Must be at least 18 years old
~Must be cleared through TB test, drug test, background check
~Will be asked to provide references
~Must have reliable transportation
Time Commitment:
Preferably 10:00am-12:00pm or 3:00pm-5:00pm
Times are flexible
2 hours needed including prep time
Training and Support:
Will receive guidance and support from the Communications Manager and the Resource Development team. Projector equipment is also available on site.
