ORGANIZATION: Keeping Kids Safe Program

The Keeping Kids Safe Volunteer Program, through Family Court Services in Orange, recruits volunteers to become professional providers of supervised visitation to support related services at 2 non-profit agencies in Orange County, FACES and La Familia. Volunteers also have the opportunity to work in a court environment delivering documents and assisting parents with their intake paperwork. Positions currently being offered are:

  • Volunteer Coordinator: develop your skills as a Volunteer Coordinator in recruiting and or clerical support
  • Supervised Visitation
  • Safe Exchange Monitor: facilitate transfer of child from one parent to the other for visitation and or custody
  • Intake Coordinator: conduct client intake with parents at F.A.C.E.S. Inc.
  • Case Management Assistant: provide clerical support at non-profit agency
  • DV Court Liaison: assisting Family Court Services with domestic violence cases
Monitor
    : monitor and observe visits between parent and child

Description

The Keeping Kids Safe Program is a program designed to provide supervised visitation services and or case management at two nonprofit agencies and to provide support in a legal environment within the Lamoreaux Justice Center, Family Court Services.
