PLACEMENT PURPOSE
Welcome prospective volunteers and process new volunteer applications. Call and email prospective volunteers to remind them to complete all application steps in the intake path. Monitor and track all communication. Provide technical assistance. Fantastic opportunity to work and develop great customer service and database skills.
OPEN TIME DAYS
2-8 hours per week
Orientation to the American Red Cross
* Online training provided by a virtual team in Volunteer Intake and Screening processes and procedures 3 hours of Online Training will be required (1 Hour - Introduction) (2 Hours - Training) * Volunteer Connection Orientation
