We have a great opportunity to grow our You’re the Cure advocacy network at our upcoming Albuquerque Heart Walk and we need your help. Please join us as we advocate for healthier lives and communities in New Mexico!
We are looking for volunteers that will help us talk with Heart Walk participants and ask them to support our heart healthy and stroke smart policies. We need YOU there as a part of our team, come join us! We will be providing information about our advocacy priorities, signing people up as You're The Cure advocates, and passing out giveaways. This is our best opportunity to recruit new advocates to help support local, state and federal policies that build healthier lives and communities.
When: June 10th, 2017 7:30 am-11:00 am
Where: 5000 Balloon Fiesta Parkway North Entrance, Albuquerque
*Please note that we will provide an advocacy training prior to the start of the Heart Walk.
