CommunityGrows is looking for new members to join our advisory board!

CommunityGrows is fiscally sponsored by the Tides Center and as such, our advisory board's role is to be the fiduciary for CG donors/community (while the Tides Center is the legal and financial fiduciary for CG). The AB is the caretaker of CG mission, and assists in the development of CGs mission and programs. The AB assists with the strategic planning for CG, approves the annual budget and assures financial sustainability, especially through fundraising. AB members are ambassadors for CG and support the ED in fulfilling goals.

We are a volunteer working advisory board that supports this grassroots organization with fundraising, financials, strategy, and any other ways that we can plug in! This advisory board will provide you an amazing way to connect with your San Francisco community while leveraging your professional skills for good. We hope you'll consider joining us!

Commitment- All serving advisory board members commit to the following: 6 in-person meetings per year; attendance at fundraisers and special meetings; 2-5 hours/month of advisory board-related work outside of meetings; fundraising support for the organization; special support of staff and advisory board as needed and as skills align.
