Pass With Flying Colors (PWFC) provides academic enrichment to ensure all students are prepared for the rigors of college course work. Tutors provide support to individual students or small groups to improve comprehension and performance in math, reading or science. Students are seeking tutoring currently in subjects including English, Anatomy, Chemistry and other subjects.
TIME EXPECTATIONS
Tutors work with PWFC staff to connect with eligible students and schedule meetings during and after school. All tutoring sessions take place before 4 pm. Tutoring sessions are typically scheduled weekly and last 30 - 90 minutes.
LOCATION
Tutors meet PWFC Scholars at the Pass With Flying Colors office, located within our partner school, Northtown Academy (3900 W. Peterson).
OTHER EXPECTATIONS
All tutors are required to complete a background check prior to working with students.

Since 2010, Pass With Flying Colors has prepared Chicago’s first-generation students for college and career success. Our 8-year program serves first-generation students in the academic middle. Through research-based programs, 1:1 support, and college and career exposure, PWFC Scholars develop their vision for the future and are equipped with skills they need to succeed.
