The Patrick Heath Public Library (PHPL) recognizes that volunteers are a valuable resource for our library and we appreciate our partnership with our volunteers, whose energy and advocacy allow the library to meet and exceed our community's needs.
Volunteers are intended to supplement the efforts of paid library staff to provide quality library collections, services and programs.
