Volunteer as a Data Migration Curator at our facility, Nikkei Manor and bring the potential resident contact information on our waitlist up-to-date. Additionally, miigrate that information into the PointClickCare electronic record.
Benefits to Volunteer:
* Display your expertise and/or gain experience in data input and migration
* Learn how to use PointClickCare electronic record
* Learn how the admissions process works in Assisted Living
* Make contacts within the long-term care community.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Review current waitlist and edit for redundancies, correct format, spelling errors, etc.
* Coordinate with the Keiro Northwest Marketing and Admissions Manager to determine relative ranking of people on the waitlist (hot leads, warm leads, priority placement)
* Migrate data to the PointClickCare electronic record, including any notes about past interactions that are currently in the existing waitlist
* Coordinate with Admissions Manager to assign follow-up tasks for each individual on the waitlist, including type of task and time-frame
Qualifications/ Requirements:
* Experience using basic Excel functions, required
* Experience using the internet searching for incomplete address information, required
* Experience with computer-based marketing software, preferred
* Familiarity with Asian names (especially Japanese names)
* Ability to differentiate between names, addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, and other data
* Attention to detail
* Willing to learn new computer software
* Able to self-initiate and work unsupervised
* Able to communicate clearly in speaking and writing English
* Comfortable asking questions for clarification and understanding
Schedule and Timeframe: Monday - Friday (as available and agreed upon), Estimated hours: 9am - 5pm (as available and agreed upon)
