Help deliver nutritious lunchtime meals to homebound older adults and people with disabilities in your neighborhood! Meals are prepared each weekday out of our Central Kitchen then sent out to 11 different pick-up sites (as far South as Manchaca and as far North as Round Rock) all around Austin.
Volunteers pick-up is weekdays between 11:00-11:45am and you can sign up to help out each week or substitute when your schedule allows. You can also select your preference of which area of Austin you would prefer to deliver to!

Description
We distribute over 3,000 meals every business day to homebound seniors and people with disabilities, and provide other crucial services like in-home care, home repairs, respite care, grocery shopping and delivery, and pet care.

- Orientation or Training
- Each delivery route takes about an hour and you will have 8-12 clients on a route.
- All opportunities are lunch time deliveries during the week day. You will need to be able to pick up meals between 11-11:45am and deliveries take about 1 hour.
