We are looking for persons of interest who desire to help local community and have a passion for the success of women and children. We meeting monthly our meetings are a combination of in person and telephone conferencing. Our meetings are held on the third Monday of each month. Meeting time may vary on majority board schedule. Current meeting time is 11am.

We provide hope for homeless single mothers and their children in the City of Portsmouth, VA. Our services include transitional housing, life skills, financial education, parenting workshops, job coaching, and spiritual development.

We seek to provide the time and opportunity for single mothers to break the cycle of poverty and re-occurring episodes of homelessness. We are faith based and believe spiritual development is important to the overall success of women and children in our program.
