Our Naturalists volunteer for a 4 hour shift, there are 3 shifts a day. They assist visitors at key exhibit locations where they answer questions and explain the importance of each ecosystem.

Training is done with a staff interpretor or guide and is "on-the-job".

  • Receive training and content information on all major exhibit galleries

  • Work independently to proactively engage and converse with guests at and about exhibits

  • Instruct guests in and demonstrate proper handling techniques of animals and TSA property through interpretive methods

  • Provide exceptional guest service to create a quality and memorable guest experience

  • Interpret TSA's stories in all exhibits

  • Work as a team with other volunteers and TSA staff
