Our Gresham location is looking for volunteers! If you want to be involved in something fun and impactful then we've got a spot for you! Come help us receive donations, display merchandise, and provide excellent customer service! No experience required- just come with a good attitude!

Mission:

Our ReStores raise funds to help Habitat for Humanity build affordable homes in the Portland Metro area. We keep usable materials out of the waste stream by selling donated new and used building materials and home furnishings for a fraction of retail price.

Responsibilities/Duties:

To understand the mission of Habitat for Humanity, the ReStore, and be willing to communicate to others

To be a courteous and professional representative of Habitat

To effectively communicate issues as they arise

Assist the staff with maintaining an organized customer service counter

Start and end date for assignment: This opportunity is ongoing

Desired abilities, skills and/or experience:

Must be comfortable communicating with various individuals of all backgrounds.

Must be courteous and professional.

No previous experience necessary, we can train individuals who are willing and interested.
