Respond to inquiries via email and phone, emails require a reply within 24 hours.
Coordinate with Volunteer Manager as to which day and time for a group to visit is best.
Discuss with Volunteer Manager what tasks and cleaning can be completed by group. Provide any necessary materials for group such as waivers, snacks, brochures and volunteer manuals.
Be present at shelter when group volunteers on said day and assist with any needs or questions.
Facilitate groups of no more than 10 people at one time and if youth, appropriate number of adult charperones.
