Children's Craniofacial Association is hosting our Annual Retreat & Educational Symposium in Reston, VA this year, June 29 - July 2. We are looking for someone who is moved to help us capture portraits and candid shots of our children and families in a beautiful, dignified, creative way, at various times during our event. We are asking for a donation of 4 hours shooting on location at the Hyatt Regency Reston Town Center.
For the past two years, we've had wedding photographers volunteer and the results have been amazing. ( Matt Morgan in CA and Traci Burke in FL). We also had noted photographer Rick Guidotti at our last year's Retreat capturing stunning portraits.
The photos you capture can be posted on your social media and provided to us as you see fit; no editing or finishing is required. You will be recognized and your business promoted before, during, and after the event on our website, blog, and social media outlets. Your photos and recognition will be printed in our newsletter which has a 15,000 distribution nationally and also you will be listed as a sponsor. We are also seeking a photographer for our Dinner/Dance (Saturday, July 1 from 6:30pm-10pm) taking our family photos in front of a press wall banner.

Children's Craniofacial Association exists to empower and give hope to individuals and families affected by facial differences.
We have three BIG goals:
1. Provide information and financial assistance to families seeking quality medical care for their child.
2. Provide support and networking for individuals and families affected by facial differences through our annual retreat, online resources, and personal connections.
3. Promote kindness and prevent bullying in schools by presenting the #ChooseKind message (based on the best-selling novel Wonder by RJ Palacio) in elementary and middle schoosl across the country.
We are looking for volunteers to help us spread awareness and acceptance for people with differences. We envision a world where everyone is accepted for who they are, not what they look like.
Description
Children's Craniofacial Association is a national, 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, headquartered in Dallas, Texas. Nationally and internationally, CCA addresses the medical, financial, psychosocial, emotional, and educational concerns relating to craniofacial conditions.
