The Molina Foundation is looking for volunteers who have a passion for writing and social media to assist our Communications team with The Molina Foundation’s social media presence.
Volunteers should be skilled writers with a clear understanding of basic grammar, spelling, and word usage, and possess an understanding of social media. We are looking for creative and reliable individuals who are comfortable with technology. Bilingual writing skills in English/Spanish a definite plus as one of our priorities are multi-lingual postings in 2017.
Volunteer Responsibilities include:
- Draft posts for The Molina Foundation’s Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn pages
- Load posts into our social media management software
- Help us follow and maintain our social media editorial calendar

Since its inception in 2004, The Molina Foundation has worked with more than 2,500 organizations and schools towards this end, donating over 4 million books and hosting workshops and programs for educators and families.
The Molina Foundation works hand-in-hand with community-based organizations in vulnerable communities. We partner with preschool programs, clinics, schools, family service organizations, churches, and other civic organizations serving low-income and at-risk families.
We have a special focus on working with organizations which are making measurable impact in the lives of children and families.
